Clay Play is great for ages 5 and up and all levels of experience!

When you arrive you will choose your shape and size dish that you would like to create out of about 15 choices. You will get 2 pieces of clay. One is to practice your pattern and texture on and the other is for your actual piece. We have over 100 different texture rollers, mats, and stamps to decorate your piece in any way you like. You will then cut it to shape with one of our large cookie cutters and then mold to a form. We are there to help along the way. From there you will choose your glaze color from from our most popular and stable glazes and we will do the rest. The piece will be ready in 4-6 weeks - it has to be fired 2 times, so it takes a bit of time. Once they are fired they are food safe, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe.

The price is based on the size & shape you choose, they vary from $40 to $95, with the average price about $65. Your deposit will be applied to your balance on the day of the workshop.

If you live in the US, we can ship it to you for $35. Depending on the size, we can fit up to 3 pieces per box. Otherwise, we text you when it is ready for pick up. We hold your piece for 60 days and after that, without prior arrangement, they will be donated.

This is a slab workshop and is not done on the wheel.
